Sammamish Beach Club operates under a set of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Bylaws, overseen by a volunteer HOA Board of Directors. All homeowners are responsible for adhering to these guidelines, including the payment of an annual HOA assessment. These dues provide access to community amenities, including our private beach, tennis courts, basketball court, park areas, and exclusive neighborhood events.
