Throughout the year, we host a variety of events designed to bring us together, create lasting memories, and strengthen our incredible community.

Annual Egg Hunt

Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with our Annual Egg Hunt? Kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy a morning of fun, searching for colorful eggs, planting spring seeds, and grabbing a selfie with the Spring Bunny!

Spring Clean-Up Weekend

It’s time to refresh and revitalize! Every early June, we provide large yard-waste dumpsters for residents to clear out tree trimmings, leaves, and other bulky yard waste. Plus, we come together to help beautify our shared community spaces. It’s a great way to pitch in, meet new neighbors, and give back to SBC!

July 4th Parade & BBQ

Nothing says summer like a BIG community celebration! Our firetruck-led parade winds through the neighborhood, leading everyone to an afternoon of classic backyard games, a bouncy house, and an old-fashioned community BBQ. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Independence Day, enjoy a day at the lake, and make unforgettable memories with neighbors old and new!

Outdoor Family Movie Night

We’d love to bring back this neighborhood favorite! If you're interested in chairing this event, reach out to the HOA Board. Stay tuned for details in our newsletter—we can’t wait for a fun-filled night under the stars!

Halloween Fun

Get ready for some spooktacular fun! Join us for our Pre-Trick-or-Treat Pizza Party before heading out for candy-collecting adventures. Plus, don’t miss our First Annual House Decoration Contest—show off your Halloween spirit for a chance to win a prize!

Holiday Light the Courts & Home Decorating Contest

December is all about holiday magic, and we love kicking off the season in style! Join us as we light up our tennis and pickleball courts, thanks to our amazing volunteers. Enjoy a festive treat, connect with neighbors, and help us spread the holiday cheer!

And for even more festive fun, take part in our Holiday Lights Contest! Decorate your home and compete for the title of "Best Holiday Lights & Decor"—a little friendly competition never hurt!
